1. Who we are
Zrage LLC, 21851 Ball Ave, Euclid, OH 44123, United States. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Zrage LLC. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, zragellc.com, and states the rules we apply across everything we build. Each product also has its own privacy policy covering the data that product processes. For PpcGPT, that is ppcgpt.ai/legal/privacy, and it is the document that governs a PpcGPT account.
3. What this website collects
Almost nothing. This site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts or fonts. Nothing you do here is tracked, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual request information — IP address, user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp — to serve the site and to defend it from abuse. These logs age out on the provider's schedule, within 30 days.
- Mail you send us. If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we keep the message and your address so we can answer and keep a record of what was agreed.
4. What our products collect
Our products read business data from the platforms a customer connects — advertising, sales, settlement, fee, and inventory records, and the cost information the customer enters. The full description for PpcGPT is in its privacy policy. Three rules hold across every product we build:
- We do not request or store the personal information of our customers' buyers. Order data is retrieved without buyer identity fields.
- We do not ask for, accept, or store marketplace passwords, developer IDs, or API keys. Connections are made through the platform's own authorization flow and can be revoked there.
- We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not train models on customer data.
5. Why we may use service providers
We run on third-party infrastructure — hosting, databases, email delivery, error monitoring, and language-model providers — under contracts that restrict them to processing data on our instructions. Each product publishes its own list; PpcGPT's is at ppcgpt.ai/legal/subprocessors.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to admin@zragellc.com from the address the data is associated with, and we will respond within 30 days — usually far sooner. Deletion has its own page: Data deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. Ask and we will honour them; we do not require you to invoke a specific law to be taken seriously.
7. Retention
Website logs age out within 30 days. Correspondence is kept while it is useful to answering you and for our records afterwards. Product data is retained for the life of the account and removed on deletion, as described in each product's policy and on the Data deletion page.
8. Where data is processed
We are a United States company and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you contact us or use our products from outside the United States, your data is processed there.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each customer's data is isolated in the database itself rather than only in application code. Access tokens are held in a managed secret vault, separate from application data, and are never returned to a browser. Internal access is least privilege with unique identities. Suspected vulnerabilities can be reported to admin@zragellc.com; we acknowledge within one business day and will not pursue good-faith researchers.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the version date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting a product account are announced in that product.
