Six services, and what each one includes.
Campaign management
Ongoing
Day-to-day management of an advertiser's Sponsored Products
campaigns, reviewed continuously instead of on a weekly cadence.
-
Keyword and product-target bids raised, cut, or held against
measured performance.
-
Campaign and ad-group structure — new campaigns, ad groups,
and product ads designed and proposed with the plan shown
before a dollar is spent.
-
Search terms that convert are proposed as their own targeted
campaign, so a winner is not left buried in an auto campaign.
- Daily budgets set and revised per campaign.
-
A/B tests between two campaign structures, run as a proposal
with the comparison stated up front.
Wasted-spend control
Ongoing
The unglamorous work that most of the savings come from: reading
every search-term report in full, every time one lands.
-
Search terms that spend without converting are proposed as
campaign negative keywords, with the spend they stop attached
to the proposal.
-
Campaigns for products that have gone out of stock are paused
rather than left to spend.
Profit-based bid and budget optimization
Ongoing
Most advertising management optimizes toward ACoS, which knows
nothing about what a product costs. We manage against profit
instead.
-
We compute what each product earns after Amazon's referral and
fulfillment fees, landed cost, and returns, from the
advertiser's own settlement data.
-
Bids and budgets are then set against that figure, so a
product with a thin margin is not advertised as if it had a
fat one.
-
Per-product goals: launch hard, grow, or maximize profit — set
by the advertiser, changeable at any time.
Inventory-aware pacing
Ongoing
Advertising and inventory are one problem, and treating them as
two is how sellers torch their organic rank.
-
Spend is paced against real stock levels, sell-through
velocity, and inbound shipments.
-
Scaling is held back before a product would sell through ahead
of its restock.
-
Overstocked products get the opposite treatment — spend to
clear units before long-term storage fees land.
Ad account audit
Free · read-only
A review of an existing Amazon advertising account, delivered in
plain English. It is where every engagement starts, and it
changes nothing in the account.
-
The search terms that have never converted, and what they have
cost.
-
Campaigns that exhaust their budget early, and targets priced
wrong for their conversion rate.
-
The findings are yours to keep and act on, whether or not you
continue with us.
Reporting and accountability
Ongoing
An advertiser should be able to see what was done on their
account and whether it worked, without asking for a report.
-
Every change is logged with its reasoning, its before and
after values, and who approved it.
-
Changes are measured afterwards against what they were
supposed to do; ones that hurt are reverted and recorded as
misses rather than quietly dropped.
-
A weekly written review: what was done, what worked, what did
not, and what needs a decision.
-
Questions can be asked in plain English at any time, and
instructions given the same way — they come back as drafted
changes for approval.
